Insurance Technology Platform — We Do Not Sell Insurance
The operating boundary for Deed Theft Shield software, authorized organization users, data, decisions, and technology services.
Qualified insurance and technology counsel should review company-specific legal wording before commercial reliance.
01
Technology role
Deed Theft Shield supplies software subscriptions, enterprise licenses, implementation, configuration, training, support, data migration, and approved custom development. It is a technology provider—not an insurer, insurance agency, insurance broker, producer, managing general agent, third-party administrator, adjuster, claim payer, settlement administrator, escrow holder, or insurance payment intermediary.
02
Eligible customer
The public buyers are licensed insurance companies and licensed insurance broker organizations. Authorized personnel and service providers may use restricted functions only while acting under an approved licensed organization. The platform is not offered to John Q. Public.
03
Prohibited insurance activities
The technology company does not offer, recommend, quote, sell, solicit, negotiate, place, underwrite, bind, issue, service, cancel, adjust, or settle insurance. It does not receive, control, hold, transmit, or retain insurance premium, premium tax, policy fees, claim funds, settlement funds, or another payment that creates or changes an insurance right or obligation.
04
Licensed-organization authority
The licensed customer configures its approved workflows and rules, validates inputs, supervises personnel, maintains required licenses and authorizations, and makes every insurance, underwriting, coverage, rate, form, claim, settlement, fraud, legal, tax, actuarial, licensing, and compliance decision.
05
Software and AI
Software outputs organize information or support a workflow. Any future approved AI-assisted output must remain informational, identify its limitations, and receive authorized human review. No public AI or consumer guidance is active on this site.
06
No-premium rule
Deed Theft Shield and this website do not collect, receive, control, hold, transmit, or retain insurance premium. Any permitted insurance payment is handled by the licensed organization or its authorized payment processor.
07
Technology invoices
Amounts billed by the technology company may pay only for approved software and technology services. Private invoicing is currently inactive pending the complete commercialization release gate and Rich Ryan’s written approval of the named customer, private price, line items, contract basis, refund and cancellation terms, and invoice workflow.
08
Customer duties
Each licensed organization is responsible for configuration, licensing, authorization, legal review, supervision, product, rate and form approvals, source rights, data accuracy, professional decisions, and use of every output.
09
Data and controls
Customer-supplied data remains tenant-separated and role-restricted. Source mode, verification, timing, and provenance travel with monitored records. Sample or synthetic data must be labeled. Retention and export follow the organization agreement and applicable obligations; append-only application records are preserved as audit history but are not described as technically immutable.
10
Questions
Questions about Deed Theft Shield software, implementation, configuration, access, or support may be submitted through the organization inquiry. Insurance questions must be directed to the relevant licensed insurance organization or appropriately licensed professional.
