Property-record monitoring with source-level transparency

How it works

From a county-source check to a human-authorized response.

The system is built to show what happened, where the information came from, and who authorized the next step.

1

Enroll the parcel

Enter the county, state, and parcel ID. The platform associates the property with the configured county source and states when a source is unavailable.

2

Run documented checks

A scheduled, manual, or administrator-requested check creates an immutable run record with the source mode captured at execution time.

3

Normalize matched activity

Deeds, liens, mortgages, releases, notices, and other records are matched to the normalized parcel ID, deduplicated, and labeled by provenance.

4

Preserve evidence

The source observation is hashed, connected to the filing, and placed in a case evidence timeline with chain-of-custody events.

5

Review and authorize

A person examines the record, adds notes, acknowledges evidence, and authorizes or dismisses the case. Notifications remain drafts until recipient verification and authorization.
